What are your opening hours?
We operate 24/7 for airport pickups and emergencies. Our office hours are 08:00–20:00, seven days a week.
Can I request a delivery to my hotel?
Yes, we offer vehicle delivery across Skopje. A small surcharge may apply depending on distance.
What documents do I need?
A valid driving licence and passport or national ID card. No additional international permit is required for EU/UK citizens.
What is the minimum rental age?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old. A young driver surcharge of €10/day applies for drivers aged 21–25.
Can I pay by card at pickup?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash in EUR or MKD. Payment is on arrival at pickup — there is no online prepayment.
