Do I need a deposit or a credit card?
Yes — our rental terms require a €100 deposit at pickup. It is refunded when the car comes back as it left. The rental itself is paid on arrival in cash (EUR) or by Visa or Mastercard; nothing is prepaid online. Kosovo uses the euro.
What insurance is included?

What is the minimum age and which licence do I need?
Drivers must be at least 21 with at least one year of driving experience; drivers aged 21–25 pay a young-driver surcharge shown in the quote. Licences in the Latin alphabet are accepted as they are; others need an International Driving Permit.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time, and because nothing is prepaid there is nothing to refund.
