Can I rent a car in Skopje without any deposit?

How and when is the deposit returned?
At drop-off, after the walk-around: a cash deposit is handed back on the spot and a card deposit is refunded to the same card. If there is new damage or missing fuel, only that amount is deducted and the rest returned.
Can I reduce what I would owe if the car is damaged?
Third-party liability is always included. Optional cover at extra cost: Insurance CDW (€200 excess) €7/day, Full Insurance (zero excess) €15/day. Insurance CDW (€200 excess) (€7/day) caps your damage liability at its excess; Full Insurance (zero excess) (€15/day) brings it to zero.
Is the deposit higher at Skopje Airport or for cross-border trips?
