Returning the Car

When you return the vehicle at the end of your rental:

Follow signs for Departures on the airport access road. The rental return area is clearly signposted.
Our team will meet you at the return bay and inspect the vehicle together — this takes 5 to 10 minutes.
Fuel policy: Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you collected it. Most of our vehicles are handed over with a full tank. The Makpetrol station 2 km from the airport on the main approach road is the most convenient refuelling stop before return.
Deposit release: Security deposit pre-authorisations are released immediately upon return if there is no damage. Depending on your bank, the funds appear back in your account within 1 to 5 business days.
